Tanzanian singer and songwriter Mbwana Yusuf Kilungi, known by his stage name Mbosso, originates from Kibiti in the Pwani Region. Currently based in Dar es Salaam and signed under the WCB Wasafi record label, Mbosso has released a new Amapiano track titled “Kunguru.”
Mbosso’s song “Kunguru” is a heartfelt track produced by Lizer Classic. The song delves into themes of love and longing, capturing the emotional turmoil of a relationship that is kept hidden from the public eye. The lyrics describe the singer’s feelings of sadness and isolation, comparing himself to a “kunguru” (crow), which symbolizes loneliness and despair. Despite the love he has for his partner, societal constraints force their relationship into secrecy, causing him great distress.
